 We have a summer 2026 internship at our Brockton Corporate Office within the Lending Division: 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Scan, Index, and upload completed loan files to cold storage. 
• Identify key documents as needed (ex: original loan notes).
• Prepare paper files for destruction upon confirmation of successful electronic storage. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a professional office setting

Education and Experience

• High school student or diploma or currently enrolled in a college, or technical program
• Interest in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred
• Prior office or customer service experience helpful but not required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Office environment with frequent use of a computer and office equipment
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Occasional lifting of files or boxes up to 20 pounds

Internship Learning Objectives

• Gain exposure to loan servicing operations
• Develop professional workplace skills and office best practices
• Build foundational knowledge of financial services and compliance expectations

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour and is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
