Product Management Internship

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Management Intern will be responsible for assigned projects and initiatives that support the Product Management team with product development and day-to-day category management. These areas of focus may include optimizing and organizing product specifications, completing and presenting market research and competitive analysis, and other various objectives. This intern will also assist and collaborate with Operations and Sales teams as needed. 


You have already accomplished (required):

· High School diploma or GED

· In pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field

· Proficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)


You may have already accomplished (preferred):

· Prior internship or business experience

  Addendum:

· Assist Product Manager with product development efforts including 

· New product launch materials such as proofreading text, labels, packaging, product and packaging measurements, etc.

· Maintain knowledge, data and files of key competitors, monitoring trend activity and assist where needed in competitive cross documents

· Help to ensure internal and external information of products is accurate and up-to-date (i.e. Website landing pages, user-instructions, DOC’s, Certifications) 

· Assist in creating technical files/DOC/User Instructions where needed

· Support product training and presentations delivered by the Product Managers by assisting in setup and tear down, organizing samples, and helping with demonstrations.

· Work on assigned project supporting Product Management initiatives and present summary and findings to Product leadership team. 

· Be a sponge. Learn our categories, learn the safety business, learn about distribution, learn about go to market strategies, how to work with a cross-functional team
