About DMS

Digital Media Solutions (DMS) is a performance-driven digital marketing company that connects consumers and brands through data, technology, and proprietary media platforms. Operating in high-volume, transaction-intensive markets, DMS manages complex unit economics, multiple revenue streams, and real-time decisioning across its marketing marketplace. The company partners closely with clients to deliver measurable outcomes through analytics, optimization, and disciplined execution.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior QA Analyst to validate and safeguard changes across our lead sales bidding models, customer-facing applications, and data pipelines. This role sits directly in the revenue path of the business, ensuring that system changes are accurate, reliable, and production-ready.

In this role, you will test pricing logic, validate data integrity, execute regression testing, and provide final quality sign-off for production releases within a blue/green deployment environment. You will work across backend systems, data pipelines, and user interfaces to ensure that system behavior aligns with expected outcomes under real-world conditions.

This is not limited to UI testing, you will play a critical role in validating revenue-impacting logic and ensuring the accuracy of data movement across systems before traffic shifts.

Why Join DMS?

At Digital Media Solutions, you’ll work on systems that directly impact how traffic is evaluated, priced, and monetized across a high-scale marketing marketplace. Your work will have immediate visibility into revenue and performance outcomes.

In this role, you won’t just test features—you’ll protect the business. You’ll validate pricing logic, safeguard data integrity, and ensure that production releases perform as expected under real-world conditions. You’ll partner closely with engineering, data, and product teams in a fast-paced environment where quality directly impacts revenue.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, identifying risk before it reaches production, and owning quality outcomes in high-impact systems, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

  • Validate releases in blue/green environments prior to production cutover
  • Review logs, metrics, and performance signals following deployments
  • Develop and maintain QA standards, test plans, and release criteria
  • Provide formal production sign-off and deployment validation

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of QA experience in technical or data-driven environments
  • Experience testing revenue-impacting systems, pricing logic, or marketplace platforms
  • Strong understanding of regression, scenario-based, and edge-case testing
  • Experience validating backend systems and data pipelines

  • Experience in performance marketing or lead generation platforms
  • Exposure to Kafka or streaming systems
  • Expectations at Senior Level
  • Owns release quality standards across systems and teams
