KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet members/guests when they enter
• Member recognition and likes/dislikes
• Anticipate member/guest needs and requests
• Remembering members likes & dislikes
• Complete opening and/or closing duties per club standards and procedures
• Thorough daily walk through of LLR patio and Hideaway pool area
• Knowledge or locker list and locker assignments
• Knowledge of all menus including breakfast, lunch, pool & bar menu
• Serve and bus tables for food and beverage services
• Prep coffee, juices and smoothies as required by members
• Prep food as needed and ensure food is stored properly
• Organize/move tables and chairs for card game play throughout week
• Restocking all amenities in the front and back of locker room
• Maintain shower and wet area with supplies
• Ensure all areas are clean, neat and organized
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces and other sanitation guidelines
• Perform cleaning duties such as dishes, wiping down, emptying garbage, etc.
• Familiar with Club events and postings
• Walking members or guest to their destinations
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to accomplish prep work and cutting up vegetables, fruits, salads, etc.
• Must be able to utilize a wide range of kitchen utensils such as chopping knives and grinders
• Measuring ingredients/seasons and stocking in an organized fashion
• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for entire shift from 4-8 hours
• Must be able to lift, carry, pull, and push objects weighting a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
• Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment
• Must be able to clearly interact verbally with manager and other coworkers
• Must be able to be exposed to warm kitchen
• Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, as well as patient with members, guests and coworkers
• Operate standard office equipment such as computer, fax, copier, scanner, etc.
• Must have professional appearance and grooming, and follow dress code/uniform policies
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must have current Riverside County Food Worker Card
• Must have a valid California Driver License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for entire shift from 8+ hours.
• Must be able to lift, carry, pull, and push objects weighting 50-75 lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions caused by weather may occasionally be experienced.
• Will involve walking or standing for extended periods of time, will occasionally be required to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach above shoulder level, and/or to ascend and descend a step stool or step ladder, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps.
• Must possess visual acuity and depth perception.
• Must be capable of providing written and oral information, both in person and over the telephone.
