The Program Manager provides executive-level oversight of the Psychosocial Day Support Program, ensuring:

This role blends leadership, operations, supervision, and strategic program development.
Position Summary
As Program Manager, you are the operational and clinical leader of your assigned site. You set the tone, drive performance, and ensure service excellence.
You will serve as:
• The primary leadership resource for staff
• The quality assurance authority for client records
• The operational decision-maker during daily programming
• The liaison between frontline staff and executive leadership
You will lead with strength, clarity, and professionalism — ensuring both staff growth and client success.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
? Supervise all staff on duty, including scheduling and performance oversight
? Provide crisis intervention leadership and supervisory direction
? Coordinate and co-facilitate daily staff meetings
? Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development
Quality Assurance & Compliance
? Conduct quality assurance reviews of client records
? Ensure all services begin and operate within designated timeframes
? Monitor structured programming for clinical integrity
? Maintain documentation standards in accordance with DBHDS guidelines
Operations Management
? Open and close facility using delegated security protocols
? Monitor facility operations including client sign-in/out procedures
? Oversee annex programming services
? Handle business-related calls in absence of Executive Director
Clinical & Strategic Oversight
? Maintain and manage a reduced caseload as assigned
? Provide group facilitation and in-service trainings as needed
? Meet monthly with Executive Director and Director of Clinical Services to evaluate program performance
? Recommend program improvements and strategic enhancements

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
? Active QMHP Certification (Virginia)
? Minimum 3 years documented experience in the mental health field
? Prior supervisory experience required
? Valid Virginia Driver’s License
? Ability to successfully complete and maintain:
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Handle with Care training
- Annual TB screening
- Criminal background and central registry clearance
