Description

 

  • Assist customers by properly identifying needed items, using parts catalogs or computer, price items and print tickets
  • Make sure the technician or customer receives the correct part and on time, as promised
  • Study and stay current on new product bulletins and catalogs on dealer portals
  • Participate and stay up-to-date on NH/MF online training
  • Be complete and concise in entering all necessary information in the inventory control system records
  • Document and correct discrepancies between inventory records and shelf quantities
  • Always see that defective merchandise and returns are tagged properly with date and correct part number
  • Make necessary entries to inventory control system assuring proper records are kept with current pricing, as well as the  recording and entering of special orders
Requirements

   

  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Computer experience and knowledge using Word and Excel
  • Choice of standing, leaning, or sitting while working
  • The environment is mainly inside, sometimes inventories will be taken outside
