We are excited to be adding an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead day-to-day receivables operations, ensuring timely invoicing, effective collections, and accurate cash application. This role supervises an AR team, serves as an escalation point for customer issues, and partners cross-functionally to improve processes and support strong cash flow. supervise a team, and drive timely invoicing, collections, and issue resolution. This role partners closely with Sales and Accounting to improve cash flow, streamline processes, and support customers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Hybrid after onboarding)
What you'll do:
- Lead and support AR operations including billing, collections, and cash application
- Monitor AR aging and collaborate with Sales on past-due accounts
- Resolve complex billing and payment disputes
- Review reconciliations, adjustments, and AR reporting (DSO, trends, cash flow)
- Coach and develop AR team members
- Contribute to the creation, refinement, and enforcement of AR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Partner with the Accounting Manager on operational improvements, process optimization, and system-related initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- 4–6 years of AR experience; 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, and AR workflows
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, or similar)
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative leadership style
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience

- Revenue recognition knowledge
- Experience with AR automation or collections tools
