Location: CMA’s Toyota & CMA's Hyundai of Lexington Park
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Specialist to join our team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive industry and learn the car business from the ground up. You’ll gain hands-on experience with vehicle operations, merchandising, and dealership processes while working alongside experienced automotive professionals. This is a part time position with no benefits.
Schedule: Mon. - Fri. 9:00AM - 1:00PM, about 20 hours/week
Compensation: starting at $15.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing vehicle inventory
- Stock in vehicles and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate vehicle movement between departments and locations
- Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and merchandised
- Maintain lot organization and inventory accuracy
- Support sales and management teams as needed
- Take clear, high-quality photos of vehicles for online listings

Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Basic computer literacy
- Must have a valid driver’s license
