This role involves home visits, community outreach, and collaboration with families to build resilience and promote healthy development.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, or related field 
• 1+ year experience with children/families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
