In This Role, You Will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advocate for end users
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot incidents, and drive timely resolution
  • Manage system administration tasks including maintenance, patching, upgrades, and security audits
  • Design, integrate, and enhance systems to improve reliability and performance
  • Participate in training and professional development to maintain technical expertise
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent of industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator,  Cisco Certified Network Associate) are a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
