A Live Production Producer is a key figure responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of live productions. They play a crucial role in bringing together the creative, technical, and logistical elements necessary to execute successful production. The Live Production Producer works closely with various teams, including directors, technical crew, to ensure a seamless and engaging live experience for the audience.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-production Planning: Collaborating with clients. Developing a comprehensive plan that outlines the creative concept, technical requirements, and schedule.
• Creative Development: Working closely with the director.
• Team Coordination: Assembling and managing the production team, including directors, technical crew, designers, talent coordinators, and other relevant personnel. Ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members.
• Technical Coordination: Overseeing the setup and operation of technical equipment, such as cameras, lighting, sound systems, and special effects. Ensuring that all technical aspects of the production are functioning smoothly.
• Logistics and Scheduling: Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule, including load-in and load-out times, rehearsals, and performance timings. Coordinating with different teams to ensure a smooth flow of the production.
• Health and Safety: Implementing safety protocols and measures to ensure the well-being of all participants and attendees during the live production.
• Video Playback: Operating video playback systems to cue and play pre-recorded video content at the appropriate times during the live production.
• Manage Stage Lighting.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
