Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for both residential and commercial clients
• Perform service calls including leaks, clogged drains, fixture repairs/replacements, water heater work, sewer issues, and more 
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Provide accurate estimates, discuss repair options with customers, and deliver exceptional customer service
• Maintain company-provided service vehicle
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with state and local plumbing codes
• Train and mentor junior plumbers or apprentices as needed
• Document work performed using company software 

• Valid Plumber License (State of Arizona)  
• 5+ years of professional plumbing experience (service & repair strongly preferred)  
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques  
• Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing environments  
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)  
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills  
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently  
• Must pass background check
