EGA Spectro Alloys is a leader in aluminum recycling. Our Sales and Account Coordinator plays a critical role in connecting customers, production, and internal teams to ensure orders move accurately and on time.
This is a customer-facing, high-impact role in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will work cross-functionally and directly support revenue-generating activity.
About the Role
The Sales and Account Coordinator support the Sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating internal handoffs, and serving as a primary point of contact for order status and execution.
You are the connector. The problem-solver. The person who keeps communication clear and accurate.
What You’ll Do
- Support the full lifecycle of customer orders from entry through delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and updates
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams
- Schedule and track shipments based on inventory and production availability
- Identify and resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or billing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers and internal partners
- This role requires strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
What We’re Looking For
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales support, account coordination, customer service, or a related role
- Associate degree, formal training, or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment is a plus.
