Description

Sese is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on HR experience, develop professional skills, and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative environment. The intern will work closely with the HR department and cross-functional teams to support daily operations, employee programs, and organizational development initiatives. 

 

  • Assist with daily HR operations, including administrative tasks, document organization, and file maintenance
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, interview scheduling, and preparing onboarding materials - is this realistic?
  • Contribute to Human Resources projects such as process improvements and HR data tracking
  • Help develop and support employee engagement and workplace motivation strategies
  • Participate in initiatives that strengthen company culture and organizational values
  • Conduct research to support HR initiatives, compliance updates, and best-practice recommendations
  • Perform other HR duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a hands-on HR environment
  • Ability to work on-site and adhere to company safety and confidentiality standards
