About the Role

As a Window Service Technician, you will serve customers in their homes throughout your assigned territory. You’ll diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and perform high-quality repairs with professionalism and a positive attitude.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical challenges, and delivering great service face-to-face with customers.

 
 

Requirements

  

Essential Duties

· Perform window service repairs including adjustments, part replacement, water testing, measurements, and detailed documentation.

· Drive to pre-set appointments within your assigned territory.

· Select appropriate manufacturer parts needed to resolve issues.

· Follow all safety policies and procedures.

· Exhibit Western Pacific’s core purpose while delivering world-class customer service.

· Maintain a clean, professional appearance while representing our brand.


  

Qualifications

· Physically capable of climbing ladders up to 40 feet, working from scaffolding, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

· Minimum one year of prior customer service experience required.

· Prior glass or window repair experience preferred.

· Demonstrated technical or mechanical ability required.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record.

· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

· Proficient with hand tools including tape measure, level, saws, drills, and related equipment.
