We are seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Sales Counselor to represent all Blue Heron product lines and serve as a trusted guide throughout the client journey. This role is instrumental in delivering the elevated, personalized experience that defines the Blue Heron brand — from first introduction through the completion of the homebuilding process.


A Blue Heron Sales Counselor combines exceptional relationship-building skills with a deep appreciation for luxury design, architecture, and client experience. This key role connects with prospective homeowners, articulate the unique value of a Blue Heron home, and collaborates closely with internal teams to ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

How the Role Contributes

Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience

  • Create a welcoming, elevated experience for prospective clients that reflects the sophistication and values of the Blue Heron brand.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the entire sales and build journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless, thoughtful, and personalized.
  • Conduct engaging tours through the Client Experience Center, show homes, and available homesites while showcasing Blue Heron’s innovative architecture and design philosophy.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients to fully understand their lifestyle goals, purchasing motivations, and vision for their future home.
  • Facilitate the purchasing process, including financing education, lender introductions, and ensuring a smooth and timely loan process.
  • Coordinate appointments and collaborate with internal Blue Heron disciplines to support a cohesive client experience.
  • Actively participate in client walks and milestone celebrations, helping create memorable moments throughout the      homebuilding journey.

Drive Sales & Business Growth

  • Utilize proven sales strategies, presentation tools, and marketing resources to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Generate and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, community engagement, and      relationship-building.
  • Independently manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline while maintaining consistent lead follow-up and engagement.
  • Clearly communicate Blue Heron’s unique value proposition and differentiators within the luxury home market.
  • Maintain strong lead conversion performance through proactive communication and strategic follow-through.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and participate in Grand Openings, community events, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and client traffic.

Champion Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate and timely client information within the CRM throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current and knowledgeable on all Blue Heron products, including floorplans, homesites, options, design processes, financing, and communities.
  • Ensure the show home is consistently maintained to Blue Heron’s elevated standards, including opening, closing, and routine upkeep.
  • Complete all required reporting thoroughly and on time.
  • Draft and execute reservation and purchase agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions to continually sharpen expertise and performance.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


  • Active Nevada Real Estate License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience,  preferably in luxury real estate, custom homes, or new home construction.
  • Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to build authentic relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while confidently solving problems independently.
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
  • Availability to work weekends and attend special events as needed.
