Yacht StarShip has been delivering elevated dining cruises, sightseeing adventures, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations across the beautiful waters of Clearwater and the Gulf Coast for decades. From sunset dinner cruises to elegant waterfront events, our crew blends polished hospitality, seamless marine operations, and unforgettable waterfront views to create exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Set and reset dining areas, including tables, menus, and décor
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean and organized
• Assist servers with food and beverage delivery
• Clear tables and restock supplies during service
• Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods
• Follow all health, sanitation, and vessel safety procedures
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Work closely with the crew to ensure a seamless guest experience

What You Bring

• Friendly, guest-focused attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working aboard a moving vessel
• Ability to carry service items (up to 50 lbs) and navigate stairs safely
• Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
• Ability to work 2–5 hour cruises, with occasional shifts up to 12 hours
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required.
