Front Desk Associate - The Pediatric Center of Frederick - Mt. Airy
Description

We are looking for an energetic and friendly Front Desk Associate at The Pediatric Center of Frederick in our Mt. Airy location. The ideal candidate can work independently, is a people person, comfortable with technology and pays close attention to details. This position requires face to face interaction as well as lots of phone interaction so exceptional communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service are required. 


The position is  FULL-TIME Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with one Saturday shift per month (8am-12:30pm) at our Taney Ave location in Frederick. There may be times when travel to other offices within Frederick County is necessary to assist another team. Benefits include health, dental, vision & life insurance as well as 401k.

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION AND CREDENTIALS:

  • High school diploma/GED required 
  • Previous customer service experience required

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

  • Team & service oriented, organized, has good judgment, punctual with stable work history.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to problem solve & work collaboratively with patients and families to offer solutions.
  • Ability to read, understand & follow oral and written communication.
  • Ability to use a computer, practice management software, copier & fax machine.

Salary Description
Starting $18/hr with $1K hiring bonus after 6 mos
