Schedule

• Regular Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

What You'll Do

As a Fabricator at TCI, you’ll turn customer specifications and technical drawings into high-quality finished parts and assemblies. You’ll use precision measuring tools, hand tools, and fabrication equipment to build products that meet our customers’ exact requirements. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assemble multiple parts and components according to customer specifications, drawings and work instructions.
• Fabricate parts and assemblies to meet customer requirements and established quality standards
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Use basic measuring and hand tools, including tape measures, calipers and micrometers to accurately measure and inspect parts.
• Perform mold fabrication using heating and cooling presses as well as related equipment.  
• Measure and verify components to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Safely handle materials and frequently life up to 50 lbs.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area following 6S principles.
• Following applicable ISO requirements and established GDP practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Reliable attendance and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous fabrication, manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Experience working with molds, presses, or heating/cooling equipment.
• Experience reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Knowledge of 6S and Manufacturing.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive tasks
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE
