What You'll Do as LPN:
- Provide compassionate, individualized care according to residents' care plans
- Perform regular rounds and monitor residents’ conditions throughout the shift
- Supervise and direct other care staff
- Communicate effectively with residents and families about care updates
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Complete documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
- Notify physicians and families of significant resident condition changes
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Maintain clinical competency and uphold professional standards
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and according to resident needs
What We're Looking For:
- Valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina
- 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency with basic computer skills
