Pay: Range starts at $16.00 (pay is calculated based on years of related experience)
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday | 9pm-2am (flexible)

Job Summary & Deliverables
The Specimen Processor prepares samples received at the Valley Lab for laboratory testing. The Specimen Processor also performs tasks such as matching patient information, data entry, and aliquoting.
Essential Functions
- Prepares specimens for laboratory testing and analysis including managing specimen containers, verifying patient identifiers on the sample and test request forms, entering data into the lab information system, and ensuring correct specimen labeling
- Prepares aliquots and delivers specimens for testing
- Resolves and documents any problems relating to specimen samples, collection, and processing
- Requests and orders supplies as necessary to keep materials on hand at all times

- High School diploma or equivalent
