The Commercial Sector partners with companies and organizations across highly regulated industries, including AEC, Industrial Manufacturing, OSHA-regulated environments, and other commercially accredited sectors. Our team ensures that training solutions align with industry standards, accreditation requirements, and evolving regulatory expectations.


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Program Intern to support subject matter expert (SME) recruiting, accreditation research, and commercial reporting initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to commercial operations, regulatory research, and cross-functional program execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and interested in working within regulated industries where compliance and operational excellence drive business growth.


 What You'll Do 

 

SME Recruiting & Pipeline Management

  • Identify and research potential Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) aligned to sector needs
  • Conduct professional outreach via LinkedIn and email
  • Screen candidates to evaluate qualifications and industry alignment
  • Schedule and coordinate qualification calls
  • Support contract coordination and documentation tracking
  • Maintain and track SME pipelines in Salesforce and internal systems

Compliance & Accreditation Support

  • Research industry and association-specific accreditation requirements
  • Track regulatory updates and renewal timelines
  • Support documentation preparation for accreditation submissions
  • Coordinate with Product and Content teams to ensure alignment with accreditation standards
  • Maintain internal trackers related to accreditation status and requirements

Reporting & Analytics

  • Pull and analyze LMS completion data and program metrics
  • Track accreditation-related revenue and performance indicators
  • Support SME pipeline reporting
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Excel
  • Assist with Salesforce data management and reporting
  • Prepare summaries and materials for leadership review

Program & Operational Support

  • Assist with cross-functional coordination across Commercial, Product, and Content teams
  • Support process documentation and workflow improvements
  • Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned


Requirements
  • Must be entering your senior year in Fall 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Public Health, Criminal Justice, Industrial Management, Compliance/Regulatory Studies, Emergency Management, or a related field
  • Can commit to a 10 week Summer Intern Program May 26th- July 31st
  • Interest in regulated industries such as AEC, Industrial Manufacturing, OSHA-regulated environments, or other commercially accredited sectors
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Comfortable conducting professional outreach and external communication
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to regulatory research, SME network development, and commercial program operations within compliance-driven markets is preferred.

Hourly rate: $17.00 - 18.00/hour
