Our team is looking to add an upbeat Dual Front Desk Agent to support operations across both Courtyard and Moxy, managing all aspects of the front desk and serving as a key point of contact for guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting your service style to each brand.
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.
Job Requirements:
- Check-in and check-out guests across both Courtyard and Moxy
- Process all payments in accordance with established hotel procedures
- Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors for both properties
- Prepare all required reports during each shift for the management team
Job Qualifications:
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and a drive for results
- Ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
- Approachable and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience
