Fueling Success in this Role:

VP Racing is looking for a full-time, on-site, Website Manager who lives and breathes online merchandising, understands how to optimize a Shopify storefront for conversion, and knows how to create seamless, high-performing customer experiences. This role will be based at our San Antonio, Texas Corporate Headquarters location. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day execution and optimization of VP Racing’s eCommerce ecosystem - ensuring our products are presented flawlessly, our promotions run smoothly, and our digital experience drives measurable growth. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Brand, and Operations to elevate our online presence, strengthen our merchandising strategy, and continuously improve the customer journey across DTC and B2B channels.

This position will also develop working knowledge of VP Racing’s brand licensing and trademark portfolio as it relates to digital commerce and eCommerce merchandising compliance

What you'll do:

• Lead daily merchandising operations across our DTC and B2B Shopify Plus storefronts, including product setup, categorization, promotions, and pricing execution
• Optimize on-site UX and conversion funnels, using data and best practices to improve navigation, product discovery, and checkout performance
• Manage product launches, seasonal refreshes, and promotional calendars to ensure a cohesive and high-impact customer experience
• Use Shopify Plus tools, apps, and integrations to streamline workflows and enhance site functionality 
• Support Shopify POS operations for race events and brand activations, ensuring accurate inventory sync and smooth on-site transactions
• Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including segmentation, automation, and customer journey improvements
• Maintain clean, accurate product and customer data to support merchandising, analytics, and campaign performance
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies on site enhancements, UX improvements, and merchandising strategy
• Monitor and improve site performance, SEO fundamentals, and overall digital health
• Build and maintain dashboards across GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Looker Studio to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities
• Provide insights and recommendations to marketing leadership based on customer behavior, merchandising performance, and conversion data
• Ensure all eCommerce merchandising aligns with trademark and licensing standards

Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. If this describes you and you meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you:

• Bachelor’s  degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Web Development, or related field; AND at least three (3) years of direct Shopify Plus store management experience (DTC and/or B2B strongly preferred).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder
• Proficiency in Liquid templating, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Shopify theme development
