We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Graphic Designer to lead and execute all visual aspects of the Isaacs & Isaacs brand. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on ownership, understands brand storytelling, and can bring consistency and innovation across every creative touchpoint.
Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and elevating the visual identity of Isaacs & Isaacs across all channels. This includes creative aspects of digital marketing, social media, print collateral, outdoor campaigns, internal materials, working with creative agencies and more. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how design drives brand recognition and client engagement and close collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy
- Maintain and evolve the Isaacs & Isaacs brand identity across all platforms
- Ensure visual consistency and brand integrity in all internal and external communications
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to align creative direction with business objectives
Advertising & Campaign Creative
- Design high-impact creative for digital ads, billboards, social media, and other paid campaigns
- Concept and execute campaigns that strengthen brand recognition in competitive markets
- Prepare production-ready files for print, traditional media, and digital distribution
Digital & Social Media
- Create compelling graphics for website, landing pages, email marketing, and social platforms
- Support content marketing initiatives with branded visual assets
- Collaborate on creative strategies to increase engagement and conversion
Print & Environmental Design
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, signage, event materials, and promotional items
- Assist with office collateral
Creative Innovation
- Stay current with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging technologies
- Bring fresh ideas to elevate the brand and differentiate Isaacs & Isaacs in the legal marketplace

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–6+ years of professional design experience in marketing, legal, advertising, or agency environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, advertising creative, and multi-channel campaigns
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma and/or web design tools helpful
- Understanding of production processes for print, digital, and broadcast media
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Experience working with media buying teams or campaign analytics
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and conversion-focused design
