We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Inver Grove Heights and has an opening for a Truck Parts Specialist/Inside Sales for our Truck Shop. The position will be responsible for receiving orders from customers by telephone or walk in contact, by outside sales and by other departments. We are looking for someone with customer service experience (preferred); ability to develop industry contacts and relationships; mathematical and computer skills; and a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 2nd shift, 3pm-12am (approx. 40-60 hours per week)

•Greets walk-in and phone customers in a friendly professional manner providing customer service.

•Answer Phone Promptly

•Parts pick-up

•Keep Accurate Notes

•Fill Orders

•Restock Credits

•Handle Cores

•Shipping and Receiving (UPS/SpeeDee)

•Put away special order parts

•Put Stock Orders Away

•Maintain Inventory and Customer Display Area (re-tape, organize and clean).
