Position: National Web Sales Consultant
Position reports to the National eCommerce Sales Manager
Salary $50,000 - $70,000 a year

The Compensation & Earning Potential:
- Ramp-Up Security: Earn an annualized salary of $50,000 – $70,000 for your first 3 to 6 months while you learn the ropes and build your book of business.
- Long-Term Structure: Transition to a $40,500 base salary + an uncapped 8% commission on profit.

Job Description:
Our National Web Sales Consultant provides sales and consulting services to trade/design customers, industry partners, and web customers. This individual will communicate with customers, and internal departments on an ongoing basis to provide the highest possible level of service to clients, to complete customer transactions and to help resolve customer questions and problems.
Responsibilities:
- Bring your passion for design and lighting to our web sales team
- Handle incoming sales leads through our online sales channels (emails, phone, webchat)
- Work on decorative and architectural lighting projects
- Assist our retail and commercial customers with product and sales questions through digital platforms- mostly webchat and email
- Sales experience in lighting is required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of lighting or electrical products is a plus
- A strong desire to learn and grow in a young, dynamic company
- Displays passion and drive in all assigned tasks
