About EPIARX
EPIARX is a physician-led pathology and autopsy practice based in Washington, D.C.
We serve families, hospitals, law firms, and healthcare professionals with compassion, scientific rigor, and clarity during some of life’s most difficult moments.
While many know us for private autopsy services, our work also includes advanced molecular and genetic testing, neuropathology consultations, and DNA preservation — serving clients regionally and nationally.
We are building something intentional. Ethical growth. Regional strength in pathology. National expansion in molecular and genetic services.
We are not a volume shop. We are a reputation practice.
