Spark Community is looking for caring, dependable Preschool Paraprofessionals to join our team!
Our paraprofessionals work with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, providing daily care, supervision, and support while helping children learn, grow, and develop important skills.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide supervision and care while maintaining a safe environment
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Assist children with daily routines and activities
- Help create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Work alongside teachers and other classroom staff
- Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and supervisors
- Assist with classroom organization and daily responsibilities
Schedule:
This is a Monday–Friday position. Scheduled hours may vary and can fall anytime between 7:15 AM–5:30 PM.

- No experience required — training will be provided
- High school diploma or GED required — copy must be provided
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must pass all required background and maltreatment checks
- Dependable and able to work scheduled hours
- Patient, caring, and comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
