The Manager of Branch Sales & Service at OUCU Financial plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the branch while driving business development initiatives to expand our member base and deepen relationships within the local community. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in financial services, team management, and strategic community engagement to promote the credit union's growth and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations & Leadership:
- Manages all member services branch activities for our Lancaster and Logan branches.
- Provides leadership, coaching, and development for branch staff to ensure high performance and excellent member service.
- Monitors branch financial performance and implements strategies to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
- Researches and recommends new products, services, and revisions to current products and services to enhance member experience and help achieve credit union goals.
Business Development
- Fosters the promotion of OUCU products and services through community outreach to attract new business.
- Cultivates existing community relationships to ensure OUCU is represented at community events and attends key business networking opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key community leaders. Initiate relationships and network with dealerships, attorneys, title companies, realtors, insurance agents, and other local community members to generate new business opportunities.

- Management responsibilities include managing, training, coaching, goal setting, and incentivizing the sales and service efforts of staff in the Member Services areas.
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience in management and supervision, preferably in a financial institution.
- Experience in sales and service of financial institution or other relevant experience.
- Occasional travel between branches and to Athens branches will be required.
