Description
As an Escrow Officer at Clear Title Company, you will be responsible for managing real estate closings and ensuring all parties involved have a seamless experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.
- Coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing process.
- Preparing and reviewing closing documents.
- Clearing title issues and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Handling funds and disbursements accurately.
- Facilitating communication between all parties to ensure a successful closing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Escrow Officer or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation Plan:
- Salary range $45,240 - $59,280

Requirements
