INDUSTRY-LEADING PAY plus a signing bonus of up to $5,000 based on ASE certifications and mechanical experience, as well as a performance bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $95,500.00+ per year

Schedule: 10-hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Must reliably commute to Largo, Florida or relocate before starting work (Required)

TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform thorough diagnostics and inspections to accurately identify customer vehicle concerns.

Complete automotive maintenance and repairs, including brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, tire installation and repair, engine repair, air conditioning, and fluid exchanges.

Deliver high-quality repairs with a focus on accuracy, safety, and getting the job done right the first time.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

ASE certifications strongly preferred

2–3+ years of automotive maintenance and repair experience

Valid driver's license

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Commitment to quality workmanship, teamwork, and exceptional customer service
