Lupoli Companies is seeking motivated and creative Marketing Interns to support our in-house marketing team across a diverse portfolio of brands.

As a fully integrated organization, Lupoli Companies operates across more than 10 business verticals including Sal’s Pizza, hospitality and restaurant concepts, real estate development, hotels, casinos, lifestyle destinations, and entertainment properties. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real marketing initiatives across multiple industries within one organization.

What You’ll Work On

Interns will assist the marketing team with day-to-day execution and long-term projects across several areas, including:

• Social media content planning and publishing
• Campaign support for promotions, events, and brand launches
• Market research and competitive analysis
• Email marketing and database organization
• Website updates and digital content support
• In-store and on-site marketing activations
• Event support including grand openings and community partnerships
• Content creation including photography, video, and copywriting
• Brand consistency across multiple business units

Depending on interest and skillset, interns may gain exposure to:

• Restaurant and hospitality marketing

• Franchise marketing
