Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire 

Start Date: ASAP (when the right person is found)  


Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM


Minimum of 2 Saturdays per month required 


Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour 


Pay Frequency: Weekly 


 Primary duties include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Making outbound calls to notify customers when products arrive
  • Greeting customers at the counter
  • Filing paperwork
  • Learning to prepare quotes over time

Overall description:
Front-office support role (similar to a receptionist) supporting the Windows department.  

Requirements

 Must Have

  • Some office experience preferred
  • Comfortable learning computer systems (training provided), Builders Windows
