About This Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and professional Office / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with office experience who enjoys working with customers, handling administrative tasks, and learning new skills. Training will be provided for company systems and quote preparation.
Bonus Opportunity
- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days
Assignment Details
Pay: $18-$20/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM- 12:00 PM (required to work 2 Saturdays a month)
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pre Employment Requirements
- Client Interview Required
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Making outbound calls to notify customers when products arrive
- Greeting customers at the counter
- Filing paperwork
- Learning to prepare quotes over time
- Some office experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Comfortable learning computer systems (training provided)
