It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.


We are currently looking for a Part-Time or PerDiem, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.


Part Time position would every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) during normal dayshift hours. Shift Differential for weekend shift is also provided. (8 hour shifts). In addition, must work one (1) spring/summer holiday and one (1) fall/winter holiday.


Perdiem must work 24.0 hours per month. Shifts vary each month and majority are open on weekends.  In addition, must work one (1) spring/summer holiday and one (1) fall/winter holiday.


To quickly summary some key points:

  • Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. hourly rate range: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour, $10.00 shift differential for weekends (Saturday/Sunday).

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Board Certified.
  • Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
  • Maintain current DEA license.
  • Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
  • Maintain current Driver’s License.
Salary Description
$50.00 - $70.00
