Fulfillment Planner will support the order management process for wholesale customer accounts. This highly collaborative role will work with cross-functional partners to ensure the timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders, to achieve monthly revenue targets and fill rate objectives.


Principle Accountabilities


· Process EDI and manual orders, perform detailed sales order reviews and analysis, and communicate confirmations, recaps, and any order impacts to relevant stakeholders.

· Systematically allocate inventory to customer orders for release to DC for downstream operations (pick, pack, ship)

· Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Wholesale Customers to ensure high service and transparency in communication. 

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of EDI transactions (including 860, 855, and 856 documents) in alignment with customer compliance requirements.

· Support shipment execution by coordinating with DC and transportation partners to meet customer requirements and delivery expectations. 

· Serve as the primary liaison between DC and internal business teams to resolve order-related inquiries

· Support the resolution of customer claims, shortages, chargebacks, and returns, identifying recurring trends and escalating as appropriate.

· Proactively troubleshoot fulfillment constraints and implement solutions to minimize service disruptions

· Perform other duties as required. 

· Participate in cross-functional meetings with partners to align product allocations, inventory flow, and monthly revenue targets

· Maintain weekly sales reporting data on shared database

· Prepare and distribute recurring reports related to sales performance, backorders, and chargebacks.

· Provide input in developing process improvements to enhance service levels and increase efficiency

Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational skills, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.· Background in wholesale customer service, fulfillment, or operations; Beauty, Apparel, or related consumer goods industries.· Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)  

Salary Description
$76,000 - $83,000
