We are seeking a professional and organized Office Assistant / Front Desk staff member to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to the HR and Finance departments. The role includes front desk responsibilities, assisting with HR processes such as preparing, reviewing, and verifying documents, onboarding and offboarding employees, and supporting finance tasks including travel expense report review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and answer phone calls
- Provide administrative support to HR and Finance teams
- Prepare, review, and verify HR and financial documents for accuracy
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including preparing and collecting required documentation
- Maintain employee files and update HR records
- Review and verify travel expense reports and receipts for compliance with company policies
- Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities
- Support general office administration and daily operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) preferred
- 2 years experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Front Desk staff
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Work Arrangement:
- In-person office role
- Standard business hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
