Job responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and entering vehicle invoices into our DMS for the dealership.
  • Processing dealer-trade transactions.
  • Daily inventory transactions for all departments.
  • Wholesale maintenance including W-9's, process auction vehicles and wholesales

Additional accounting office responsibilities.

Previous dealership experience a PLUS

Requirements

Dealership DMS experience a PLUS

Ability to navigate Excel spreadsheets
