Internship
Description
Throughout the course of your internship, you will learn how to:
- Aid in data clean-up of masters royalty system
- Assist the department with filing and organizing of royalty statements
- Download royalty statements from source royalty portals
- Prepare data to be imported into our royalty database
- Liaise with third party sources to obtain royalty detail for relevant payments
- General department assistance and additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extreme diligence with details and data entry
- Well organized and excels at task prioritization
- A willingness to work with numbers and technology
- Must have a strong interest in a career in the music industry, with an enthusiasm for music royalties/administration
Intern Eligibility:
- Preferably an upper classman who must be currently enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program OR graduated within the past 12 months
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be available at least 20 hours per week
Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 - July 31, 2026
