Description

The person our guests remember long after they drive away.

At Porsche, Audi, and Volkswagen of Anchorage, the Customer Experience Advisor is the trusted guide who transforms what can feel like a stressful service visit into a seamless, confidence-building interaction. Think of it as hospitality with horsepower.

No automotive background required. We train you.

  • Veterans, hospitality professionals, retail leaders, and career changers are all encouraged to apply.
  • Competitive pay, full benefits, and a clear path to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Create Remarkable Guest Experiences

– Welcome guests and quickly understand what they need — listening as much as talking.

– Translate technical repair recommendations into plain language customers can trust and act on.

– Keep guests informed throughout their service visit with proactive, honest updates.

– Follow up after service to ensure every guest leaves — and stays — satisfied.

Own the Service Journey

– Manage appointment scheduling to keep our service team running efficiently.

– Write clear, accurate service orders that technicians can execute without guesswork.

– Coordinate between guests and our technicians, bridging the gap between concern and solution.

– Handle invoicing and payment with accuracy and transparency.

Become a Product Expert

– Build working knowledge of common automotive systems and service needs over time — we'll teach you.

– Stay current on new technologies, service procedures, and parts availability.

– Provide accurate estimates that reflect both value and the quality standard our brands demand.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– A high hospitality quotient: warmth, curiosity, integrity, and a genuine desire to help.

– Strong communicator — equally comfortable explaining, listening, and de-escalating.

– Highly organized; capable of managing several guests and priorities simultaneously.

– Comfortable with technology and willing to learn dealership management systems.

– Valid Alaska driver's license required.

– High school diploma or equivalent.
