Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and services
- Coordinate with staff to ensure timely seating and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas
- Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus
