Overview:
We are looking for a highly strategic P2P Solutions Specialist to help drive our next phase of innovation. At Craftable, we are currently experiencing explosive growth in our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) sector and are seeking a high-octane professional to join our Sales organization.
In this role, you aren’t just a technical resource—you are a strategic consultant. You will serve as the bridge between complex customer pain points and our industry-leading technology, diagnosing challenges and architecting value-driven solutions. Responsibilities:
- Architect Value: Formulate and execute sales strategies that reinforce the credibility of Craftable’s P2P suite and differentiate our platform in a competitive market.
- Technical Consulting: Lead persuasive, deep-dive conversations with both business-oriented (CFO/CPO) and technical (CTO/IT) decision-makers.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate on the creation of high-impact training programs that empower the sales team to effectively communicate P2P value.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the definitive internal and external resource for P2P domain knowledge, supporting complex customer engagements and enablement efforts.
- Product Evolution: Partner with Product Management to recommend and integrate new features that anticipate emerging customer needs and industry shifts.
- Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices and successful solution architectures to improve team quality and overall operational efficiency.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on the competitive landscape and procurement trends to ensure Craftable remains a market leader.
Qualifications:
- Solution Consulting: At least 3 years of experience in Solutions Consulting (Pre-Sales) specifically focused on procurement and supplier solutions.
- Operational Foundation: Minimum of 3 years of operational experience managing P2P or supplier management systems; you understand the "day-in-the-life" of our users.
- AI Integration: Demonstrated experience or a high-level critical assessment of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into work processes, problem-solving, or decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven track record of working effectively across internal functions, including Product Management, Marketing, and Development.
