Description

Odyssey Relocation Management is looking for an intern and is seeking customer-focused individuals for its Maple Grove, MN office. This full-time internship is available to begin based on schedule and need and will be effective through August 2026. This position is designed to provide the individual exposure to Odyssey Relocation and the 3rd party Relocation Management industry. 


This position will be under the direction of the Director of Financial Solutions and will have the opportunity to collaborate with multiple departments within the organization. This individual will perform a variety of tasks that give them general administrative, customer service, and basic accounting experiences. In this position, the individual will be able to contribute to Odyssey’s success with a variety of tasks within the Client Financial Solutions team, working closely with fellow CFS team members, as well as various members of the Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain experience in business operations, customer service, accounting/expense management, and relocation management in a professional office environment. 


     

Primary   Position Functions:

  • Review, audit, and code supplier invoices to mathematical accuracy, policy adherence, and in compliance with relocation tax regulations.
  • Review and audit multiple data resources for quality assurance.
  • Manage ongoing communication related to policy audit questions and clarifications.
  • Management of CFS Supplier Invoice inbox.
  • Ensure supporting documentation for all corporate card charges has been received; process supporting documentation for the audit team
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Follow company policies on data access, handling, and storage while ensuring compliance with other relevant data privacy regulations. 

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position in the U.S. ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on job-related skills and experience. While this hourly rate reflects the minimum and maximum for interns across all U.S. locations, the final offer will be determined by multiple factors.

Experience   Desired:

  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with multiple team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products – Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic customer service skills.
  • Interest in Accounting, Finance, and/or Mobility Programs a plus.
  • Strong desire to learn and experience new opportunities.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • College major of Accounting, Business Management, or Finance preferred.
