Wash, clean, and detail boats, including hulls, decks, cockpits, cabins, and upholstery
Apply wax, sealants, and protective coatings to boat surfaces
Clean and condition vinyl seating, canvas, carpets, and interior surfaces
Remove water spots, stains, and marine buildup from boats and trailers
Clean bilges, storage compartments, and live wells when required
Prepare boats for delivery to customers or display in sales areas
Maintain detailing equipment such as buffers, pressure washers, and vacuums
Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures
Move boats within the yard when necessary (if trained/authorized)
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Report damage, maintenance issues, or needed repairs to supervisors
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous detailing, automotive detailing, or marine experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate buffers, polishers, and pressure washers (training may be provided)
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and climb on boats for extended periods
Valid driver’s license preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
