The Commercialization Intern will support the Commercialization project management team at our Fresno manufacturing facility, which produces syrups and sauces. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process improvement, and project management. The intern will work on real projects that improve process flow, data analytics for our projects, and streamlining workflows.
This internship is structured to provide meaningful project work. Administrative tasks such as filing or data entry will be limited and will not exceed approximately 30–40% of the overall experience.
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (flexible)
Schedule: Monday - Friday (flexible)

- Data Analytics of Pipeline projects with Reporting Features
- Redesign of Product Development Brief
- Label Transition project
- Reorganizing our Sales SharePoint Folder
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Quick to learn new technology platforms
- Ability to organize workflow and proceed with independent work with the tools and training provided
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Education and/or Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
- Junior, senior, or graduate standing preferred
Additional Considerations
- The internship will run for 12 to 16 weeks and will conclude with a final presentation to the leadership team, highlighting the intern’s projects, contributions, and key takeaways.
