Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport is looking for a dependable, guest-focused Food & Beverage Server to join our team. We are looking for someone who brings genuine hospitality, works well with others, and can provide attentive service while keeping the guest experience comfortable and seamless.

Schedule

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Flexible availability is preferred, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive food and beverage service.
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant and bar environment.
• Work efficiently and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and hotel teams to provide a smooth guest experience.
• Follow IHG Brand Service Standards for Crowne Plaza, along with hotel policies, food safety requirements, and responsible alcohol service standards.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service standards.
• Previous restaurant, hotel serving, or similar hospitality experience is preferred.
• Bartending knowledge and skills are a plus.
• Flexible availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to successfully complete required ServSafe Food Handler and alcohol safety certification/training, or already hold current applicable certifications.

Compensation

Starting at $10.00 per hour + tips.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• One year of serving experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Relevant training certificate
• ServSafe Food Handling Certification (preferred)
• ServSafe Alcohol Handling Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)

Must be authorized to work in the United States of America.
