Pay & Compensation

• $28–$40/hr, paid hourly — never flat rate (your experience determines your rate — we pay for what you know)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday | Day Shift
• Consistent, predictable hours (no weekends, no rotating shifts)
• Full-time, 40 hours/week

What You'll Be Working On

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel and gas-powered trucks, vans, and medium/heavy-duty vehicles
• Perform preventive maintenance and DOT inspections
• Conduct test drives and make system adjustments
• Maintain accurate service records and manage shop equipment and tooling
• Perform field/roadside repairs as needed (weather conditions will vary)

? What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a diesel mechanic, fleet mechanic, or related role
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Own hand tools (shop specialty tooling provided)
• Ability to pass a standard background check
• Someone who takes pride in their work and stands behind what they turn in
