In this role, you will help ensure our properties remain clean, organized, and fully guest-ready while working closely with operations and guest experience teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and service-minded, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.


This position is essential to keeping Brightwild properties operating smoothly and delivering the level of hospitality our guests expect.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare properties for guest arrivals by cleaning and organizing living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms
  • Restock linens, guest amenities, and supplies to maintain property standards
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damages, or maintenance needs and report issues promptly
  • Ensure each property meets Brightwild quality and presentation standards before guest check-in
  • Maintain organized supply areas, storage rooms, and housekeeping equipment
  • Support laundry operations when needed (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens)
  • Assist with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow company procedures and safety guidelines while performing daily duties
  • Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams
Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel operations, or property management preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and manage time in a fast-paced environment with multiple properties or rooms
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability
  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs, bend, reach, and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties when required
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and peak tourism periods
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and guest experience teams
  • Basic comfort using mobile apps or messaging platforms for schedules, task lists, and communication
  • Ability to identify and report maintenance issues or property concerns proactively
  • Professional appearance and a guest-focused attitude when interacting with visitors or residents
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy while working in occupied properties
