Description
PURPOSE
The Wealth Management YA is responsible for learning and applying their technical skills and working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & LEARNING COMPETENCIES
- Navigate company CRM, financial planning tools, and document management systems.
- Maintain and update client data accurately and confidentially.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, and file organization.
- Support prospecting efforts through research and data gathering.
- Assist with client retention activities and meeting preparation.
- Prepare client-ready documents and financial summaries for advisor review.
- Support simple client service requests under supervision.
- Follow internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
