Description
PURPOSE
The Accounting Youth Apprentice is responsible for learning and applying their technical skills and working as part of a team carrying out tasks under close coaching and supervision.

- Provide administrative support including document preparation and file organization.
- Assist with client retention activities.
- Prepare client-ready documents.
- Support simple client service requests under supervision.
- Follow internal policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Bookkeeping, payroll, Bill Pay for the Thrive Client base.
- Prepare live and after-the-fact payrolls.
